World Class HFFS Packaging Machines

We manufacture new HMC Pouchmasters and provide rebuilt Bartelt® horizontal form fill seal machines to customers worldwide. Integration of various types of product fillers including auger, net weigh, scoop, volumetric, and downstream equipment such as cartoners and case packers is also performed by experienced and qualified HMC staff. Control options on our equipment include PLC and touchscreen, PAC (programmable automation controller) with full servo motion control, or complete PC control. Control experience includes platforms such as Allen Bradley, Emerson, B&R, GE Fanuc, Siemens, Modicon, Square D, Telemecanique, Rexroth Indramat, and others. Our HFFS pouch packaging machine models include standup zipper pouch machines and are always in various stages of completion—meaning short lead times for our customers.
