Tiley & Associates Ltd. was incorporated in 1972 to provide independant consulting services related to mine hoist hoisting systems, rotating machinery, and controls for industrials drive systems. In keeping with this background, we have developed expertise in headframe, hoist room, and shaft liner, shaft guide system design, loading pocket system design, as well as custom hoist control systems, incorporating modern PLC-based controls and computer based HMI graphical operator interface systems.

The company has worked worldwide with mining and mining consulting companies, nuclear waste disposal organizations as well as shaft sinking contractors on new hoisting systems and upgrading existing hoisting plants. To date we have worked for over 200 clients and completed over 4500 projects.
