Polar Bear SnowSports is all about fun and enjoying the great outdoors. We understand a lot of people have a tough time learning to ride, especially on their first day. We know it's exhausting, frustrating and painful. With more than 85% of first timers quitting after just one day, we need to do something different.

 

We've seen celebrities, avid sportsman, and professional athletes stumble off the mountain hunched over in defeat (some even cry) after a few hours learning to ride. If adults struggle so much to get through that first day, can you imagine how much tougher it is for kids? Instead of walking off the mountain discouraged and in pain, we want to help kids enjoy their first day riding and build their confidence right away and have fun with something that's more familiar than locking their feet up in bindings.

HillRyder is a steerable snowboard that's easy to learn and super fun to ride. Our patented 'Twist n Turn' steering system makes turning easy. To start a turn, simply twist the handlebar to lift the rear edge of the board. To hold a turn, apply toe-side or heel-side pressure. It's intuitive and easy to understand. Beginners make turns in minutes and link turns in a couple of hours.

 

Oh, and by the way, there's no bindings so riders can hop off before they fall and hop back on when they regain their balance. A lot less pain from falling. A lot less fatigue from trying to get back up. Instead of walking off the mountain in pain and exhaustion, HillRyders will look forward to Get Going the next day.
