Little David Top & Bottom Case Sealers

2 identical top and bottom case sealers. The infeed has a 36" long stainless steel table top with adjustable guide rails and the bars to close the top flaps of the case. The units have hand crank adjustable height and width. They are fully guarded with lockouts on all doors. The largest case you can do without removing the guarding is 22.5" tall x 19" wide. In very good condition. Last used in a pharmaceutical facility.
Single Wall Tank

This single wall tank is 61" diameter x 59" tall (54" sidewall), 2650 litre (700 gallon). The tank has a 2" inside diameter bottom centre threaded outlet, that's 14.75" from the floor. It has mild steel legs and frame underneath the tank. It has a sight glass but the glass is missing. There was a small hole in the tank that has been repaired. The tank originally came with a top mounted mixer but the bridge was no good. We still have the mixer. It's 575 volt, 3 ph, 1 hp. and it would reach down to 15" from the bottom of the tank. Comes out of a soap and cleaning facility.
Toronto Coppersmithing Single Wall Tank

Stainless steel tank with mild steel painted legs and cross peices underneath. The tank is 50.25" diameter x 60" deep (approximately 2000 litre, 525 gallon). It has a flat bottom that slopes to the bottom side outlet. The outlet is threaded 2" diameter that's 21.75" from the floor. It has the mounting bracket if you wish to add a mixer. There is a spot for a sight glass but it looks to be closed off. Comes out of a soap and cleaning facility.
Mixing Tank

Stainless steel 1250 liter (330 gallon) mixing tank with mild steel painted legs. The tank has a domed top with a 18.5" diameter manway. The mixing shaft is 1.25" diameter x approximately 48" long with 2 impellers on it. The tank is 52" diameter x 53" deep (42.5" sidewall) and has baffles on the side and bottom. It has a cone bottom with a 1" inside diameter threaded outlet. On the outlet there is a 2" outside diameter sani clamp connection elbow that's 12" from the floor. There is a sight glass on the side of the tank but the tube is missing. Last used in a facility making soap & cleaners.
Qualtech Cheese Drain Conveyor

All stainless steel drain conveyor. The mesh belt is 29.5" wide x 169" long. It's on an incline, so the belt starts 36" from the floor and goes up to 60" high on the other end. The drain pan on the bottom is 6.5" deep in the middle and discharges at the low end through a 3.5" outside diameter sani clamp outlet. It has height adjustable feet. In good condition. The belt has been removed and rolled up for moving, so it will need to be re-attached.

Stainless steel mixing tank with mild steel legs and bridge. The tank is 48" diameter x 34" deep. Approximately 260 gallon. There are 4 baffles that are bolted across the top of the tank (below the bridge) that are removable. The mixing blade is fixed in the bottom of the tank so the outlet is slightly off set to the centre. The outlet inside the tank is 2" diameter. The tank has a threaded outlet that has a 3" diameter sani clamp connection threaded onto it that's 21.25" from the floor. The bottom of the tank is jacketed. The legs and bridge are painted mild steel. In good condition. Last used in a neutraceutical facility.

Muller Vispro FD Drum Emptying System for Viscous Products

100 litre capacity stainless steel discharge system for viscous products. Drum is smooth-walled 450 mm. diameter with torispherical bottom. 316L stainless steel, #4 polish and all welds ground smooth with Sanitary weld around lip of drum. Drum is emptied completely by a plunger, which is forced upwards from the bottom of the drum by compressed air at a pressure of up to 1 bar. The drum contents can then be led through product piping directly to the production system. Comes with lid and clamp for transport and storage and 1 special emptying lid. Useable volume of 90 litres. There are 5 tanks in total each with a piston plate. All tanks are on dollies. Requires air set and centring pin which are available from Muller.

The inside of the belt is 21" wide, the cleats are 20.75" wide x 3.5" tall and have a 1.5" high lip. The belt is in good condition, there are no rips or tears in it. There are no covers on the back of the conveyor. It has a washdown motor. We do have the chain guard for the motor. In good working condition Last used in a food facility.

4 Head Piston Filler

This 4 head piston filler runs right to left. The conveyor sits vertically and advances the bottles along with a variable speed drive. It's 59.5" long with 3.5" spacing between lugs. The guide rail is adjustable to accommodate different bottle sizes. However you can not change the bottle height. Maximum height it can fill is 6.5" tall bottles. A photo eye counts 4 lugs and stops the conveyor and the pistons fill. The pistons are 2" diameter x 15.5" long (approximately 750 ml each). All 4 heads are controlled by 3 air cylinders. The nozzles are 1" outside diameter and taper down to 0.75" at the spout. Everything in contact with product is sani clamped together for easy tare down. It's on casters. In good working condition. Last used in a food facility.

This bagger has an AS&E servo auger filler (model 75, serial 1549). The jaws are 15" wide with horizontal serrations. There is an attachment to do gusseted bag. It has a 20" long back seal. It has an eye for registered film and it comes with a Videojet Dataflex printer and Videojet 8.4 clarity controls to print on the film. The discharge conveyor is 6' long x 16" wide. There are 4 sets of forming tubes. 3 square and 1 round. At one time is was running 4 and 5 kg bags of soup mix with a bag size of 12" x 18" at 10 -15 bags per minute. It was last running running 1 kg bag of oats. 6.5" x 3.5" x 12.126" at 20 to 30 bags per minute. In good working condition.

It has Rosemount digital controls and use to have a timer for cleaning but the timer doesn't work anymore. Comes with 2 baskets and some extra piping. Comes out of a food facility.

Lee Jacketed Scrape Surface Kettle

10 gallon stainless steel jacketed kettle with double motion scrape surface agitator mounted on a hinged bridge. Variable speed controls. The bridge can be lifted out of the kettle manually. The kettle is 18" diameter x 14" deep (approximately 10 US gallons). It has a 2" diameter bottom centre threaded discharge but it can also be discharged by tilt. Currently the bottom discharge has a temperature probe in it but it can be removed. It has stainless steel contact parts with a mild steel painted frame on casters. Max. working pressure 90 psi, Max. working temp. 330 F. Hydrostatic test 135. In good working condition. It has new bushings and rebuilt spindle drive as well as an updated electrical panel. Last used in a cosmetic facility.
